Parkette Drive-In

There are few things more American than the classic glow of neon lights luring hungry bellies into a tasty drive-in burger joint.  Founded in 1951, the Parkette Drive-In is a relic of American history still serving up delicious fried chicken and burgers today in Lexington.  The large animated neon sign has been a luminous landmark on Lexington's New Circle Road for over half a century.  Recently renovated, the Parkette has been featured on the popular Food Network show "Diners, Drive-In's and Dives."

Visitors can choose to eat in their vehicles, having a meal delivered by car hop, or diner style seating is also available inside the building.  The menu features an assortment of burgers, deluxe chili dogs, fried chicken and seafood baskets.  Of course, no diner would be complete without a delectable assortment of classic malts and shakes, banana splits, pie and sundaes.
So the next time you have a hankering for some juke box tunes, neon lights and a milk shake, hop on over to Parkette Drive-In!
